Every city rises from a river
Mazarine Konan, (24/07/1995) is a Spatial Designer passionate by water who specialize herself in fluvial and maritime domains.

About
In 2016, she did an internship at Didier Fiuza Faustino - Bureau de Mésarchitectures, an artist-architecte who opened her imagination and revealed her anti conformist vision of architecture.
Since 2017, thanks to an internship at Waterstudio.NL in The Netherlands, she works on floating architecture and its urban development in flooded areas thus committing to climate change.
At the same time, Mazarine explores the world through her internships, her own trips to define an entrepreneur profile “raise by experience”.
She draws inspiration from Scandinavian countries and their way of living “Hygge” and their functional cities. Also, she took the occasion to go south in countries like Peru for an internship, where she studied outdoor life, surfing, as well as the management of water in tropical environments.
Born to a French mother and an Ivorian father, Mazarine grows a dual heritage and uses it as levers of understanding of urban interactions on rivers and banks, the open doors of cities and continents.
“Every city rises from a river” she says and in that sense she builds her own company in Blue Innovation, Bleue, in September 2017 in order to respond to the cause of improving the quality of urban life by integrating the rising sea level.
